What we collect
When you contact us or request a journey, we collect the name, contact details, travel information and message you choose to provide. Technical information used to protect or serve the website may also be processed.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, prepare quotations, plan requested journeys and, where applicable, manage agreed travel services. We use this information as needed for pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate business interests in responding to enquiries.
Who processes it
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and request processing. Form information is sent through Resend's transactional email service to the business email address. The business email provider may also process messages. Please avoid including payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the form.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for responding, recordkeeping and any resulting service or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to applicable obligations, by emailing info@lstar.uk. If you are unhappy with our handling of information, you may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

The website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers. We do not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies in this launch version.
